Clean Team is seeking a dependable and motivated Site Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations at our customer location in Knoxville, Tennessee.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with a team, maintaining high-quality standards, and building strong customer relationships. As the on-site leader, you will play an important role in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and professionally maintained while supporting and developing your team.

As Site Manager, you will represent Clean Team at the customer location by leading employees, maintaining service standards, solving operational challenges, and creating a positive work environment.
You will work alongside your team while helping deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise daily commercial cleaning operations
- Work alongside team members and assist with cleaning duties when needed
- Perform routine inspections to ensure Clean Team quality standards are met
- Train, coach, and support new and existing employees
- Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs
- Monitor inventory and request cleaning supplies as needed
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Serve as the primary on-site contact between Clean Team management and the customer
- Address customer concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
Successful candidates should have:
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience
- Prior supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the workday
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
