Licensed Massage Therapist — Newport Beach | Earn $50–$80+/hr | Flexible Schedule | Great Culture | Sign on Bonus*

If you're a skilled therapist looking for consistent clients, strong tips, and a workplace that actually respects your time and craft, we want to meet you.

Massage Heights Newport Beach is located in The Bluffs Shopping Center, one of Newport Beach's established retail destinations. The clientele reflects that. These are members and repeat guests who invest in their wellness, show up consistently, and take care of their therapists. If you've worked in lower-income markets where tips are unpredictable, this is a different experience.

We're growing, and we're hiring CAMTC-certified therapists who are ready to build something. We have the clients, the space, and the support. You bring the skills.

What you'll earn

$50–$80+ per service hour (service pay + tips + enhancements)
Enhancement and add-on pay on top of base

Most of our therapists see strong, consistent tip income from a loyal Newport Beach membership base. These are clients who return week after week, and they take care of their therapists.

What your day looks like

We handle everything outside the room so you can stay focused inside it. That means fully equipped treatment rooms, clean linens, hydraulic tables, hot stones, hot towels, booking management, and front desk support, all handled for you.

Who we're looking for

CAMTC certified (required)
Comfortable with therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point, and relaxation massage
Reliable, professional, and good with people
Available for at least one weekend shift
Interested in building real relationships with long-term clients, not just churning through appointments
Team-first attitude

Full-time and part-time schedules available. We'll work with you.
