Mortgage Loan Officer – Entry-Level & Experienced | Uncapped Commission

On-site position — not remote

What You'll Do

Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and relationship building
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and home financing needs
Explain loan programs, terms, and requirements
Review borrower financial information and required documentation
Manage and maintain your loan pipeline
Work closely with processing and underwriting to move loans through the process
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
Stay current on mortgage products, regulations, market conditions, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

Entry-Level / Developing Loan Officers

You don't need years of mortgage experience to be successful. We're looking for people who are:

Motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Strong communicators with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable building relationships with customers
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
Interested in building a long-term career in mortgage lending

NMLS license required.

Experienced Loan Officers

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in mortgage lending, banking, real estate, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Experienced Loan Officers should have a proven ability to:

Generate and manage a mortgage pipeline
Develop referral and client relationships
Evaluate borrower financial information
Recommend appropriate loan products
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain knowledge of mortgage regulations and industry requirements
