Full Job Description

Cappella Music Academy is seeking a fun and professional part-time front desk member to help administer our music school locations in Tacoma and Gig Harbor. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. The hours are as follows:

Tuesdays in Tacoma 12:15-8:45pm
Wednesdays in Gig Harbor 12:15-8:45pm
Fridays in Gig Harbor 12:15-8:45pm

Primary responsibilities include:

Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
Processing enrollments, sales skills relevant
Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
General administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Cappella Music Academy offers the highest caliber of music lessons in Bonney Lake, Washington, Tacoma, Washington and Gig Harbor, Washington. Our elite team of music teachers strives to make learning fun and engaging for music students of all ages and skill levels. We opened our first location in Lake Tapps, Washington in 2013. We have served hundreds of students over the past three years and have grown consistently over time. We offer the highest caliber of group and private music lessons in Bonney Lake, Tacoma, Gig Harbor and the surrounding communities.

Pay: $20 per hour with an enrollment bonus of $8 per student
