Full Job Description

Job Summary: Operate various fabrication tools and support the production team by assembling parts, operating machinery, bending, punching, or sawing of metal products as instructed by the supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate fabrication equipment, such as CNC lasers, brake presses, shears, turrets, saws, or plasma tables.
Select and set up equipment, load programs, and set machine parameters for optimal performance.
Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
Operate machinery used in the production process.
Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
Other duties as required.

Qualification Requirements:

2+ years experience on fabrication machines.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Solid background working with sheet metal.
Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance.
Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal conversion skills.
Ability to distinguish material types including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, and brass.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
