The Position:
The Branch Manager at Morales Group plays a critical leadership role in the success and growth of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading and developing internal teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and teammates.
The Branch Manager will support the onboarding and ongoing management of new and at-risk clients to ensure strong partnerships, operational excellence, and alignment across Morales Group service offerings. This role partners closely with recruiting, client services, payroll, sales, safety, and leadership teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Operational Leadership
Manage multiple priorities and projects while identifying barriers to productivity and implementing effective solutions.
Monitor branch and client performance metrics to ensure operational success, client satisfaction, and service excellence.
Assist in workforce planning and allocation of human capital resources to support client needs.
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
Monitor staffing solutions and operational performance to ensure services are delivered effectively and within budget expectations.
Analyze branch financial performance, including cost analysis, profitability, gross margin improvement, and expense management.
Collaborate with executive leadership to support scalable operational systems, processes, and team structures aligned with company growth objectives.
Maintain accountability for key operational metrics.
Client Relations & Business Development
Partner with sales and client services teams to strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client partnerships.
Lead and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Address escalated client concerns and develop solutions that support long-term partnership success.
Facilitate new onsite launches, expansions, and market entries.
Support organizational profitability, revenue growth, and business objectives through operational execution and customer partnership.
Travel to client sites, meetings, trainings, and company events as needed.
Ensure completion of client onboarding requirements including safety tours, client setup documentation, and risk management programs.
Leadership & Team Development
Partner closely with the Director of Operations and leadership team to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.
Provide day-to-day leadership that reflects the mission, vision, and core values of Morales Group.
Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to foster engagement, accountability, and high performance.
Recruit, interview, and recommend internal talent to build and retain a strong operations team.
Assess team strengths and development opportunities to effectively assign responsibilities and drive performance.
Manage team schedules, workflows, and operational priorities.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration across all departments.
Provide timely and accurate operational reporting to leadership.
Foster a positive, ethical, and solutions-oriented work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and the organization’s Code of Business Conduct.
Report hazardous conditions or safety concerns immediately.
The Qualities:
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Financial and operational acumen, including experience managing budgets, profitability, and performance metrics.
Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws preferred.
Staffing industry or workforce management experience preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
