Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ Cook to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, ingredients, and brewing techniques to provide guests with informed recommendations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with customers, taking orders, and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable in fine dining settings.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs for reordering.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for brewing techniques and fine dining experiences is a plus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
