Full Job Description

Position Overview

The Project Account Specialist is responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in time for client event dates. This role serves as the central coordinator between clients, sales representatives, designers, overseas vendors, accounting, and shipping/import partners.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage the workflow between clients, sales, the art department, and manufacturing vendors.
Monitor orders throughout the entire production process from initiation to delivery.
Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Expedite production and resolve issues that could impact delivery schedules.
Track project timelines, event dates, and delivery milestones.
Maintain excellent customer service while ensuring client expectations are met.

Qualifications

Experience: Ideal but not required, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management producing retail merchandise, preferably within the sports industry or a related field.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and foster a positive work environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation, quality control, budget tracking, and client deliverables.

A self-motivated, outgoing professional with excellent communication skills who enjoys working with people, understands sports promotional and retail merchandise, and thrives in a fast-paced environment keeping cool and calm with clients while driving the order to delivery process on the backend.

Experience working with, for example:

Time sensitive sales team needs for client requests
Knowledge of apparel - fabrics and manufacturing
Microsoft Access or equivalent database systems
Tracking job status and proactive issue prevention and mitigation
Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI) promotional products

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
