Job Summary and Qualifications

At HCA West Florida, we are committed to creating a world-class experience for each patient. As part of our team, you will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals truly making a difference in the health and lives of the people of West Florida. We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist RDMS. As the Ultrasound Technologist RDMS, you will provide ultrasound services to patients as ordered by physicians. You will also follow established standards and practices under the direction of a Radiologist. If you share our passion and vision, we invite you to apply now!

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

You will complete position responsibilities by following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate time frame.
You will demonstrate good skills in all forms of communication.
You will work well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
You will maintain education and development appropriate for position.
You will adhere to established hospital and department guidelines & protocols.

Qualifications:

OB Sonography Experience Required, MFM Preferred
Graduate of an accredited program for radiographers or ultra-sonographers
Current Ultrasound registry through the ARDMS required
OB/GYN preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
