At Ship Shape Marine, our goal is to make boating more enjoyable through innovation, quality, integrity and superior customer service. This is an opportunity to work in a spectacular, waterfront environment, in one of the most beautiful places on the Ohio shoreline. We are offering the following Boat Detailing positions to fill immediately in our Port Clinton and Marblehead locations:

Crew Leaders

Crew Members

Responsibilities of Boat Detailer/ Crew Member:

Boat Detailing Services: Buffing, polishing, cleaning, etc.

Equipment organization

Accurate time keeping of work using cell phone app

Operate and maintain a company vehicle

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Expectations:

All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Clean driving record & valid driver’s license preferred.

Paid training: no experience required

Monday- Friday, Some Saturdays Daytime work shift

No night or Sunday hours
