D&G Construction is looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator to help tell the story of our company through engaging video, photography, and social media content.

This is not a traditional marketing position. We aren't looking for someone to sit behind a desk building marketing campaigns—we're looking for someone who loves capturing authentic moments, creating engaging content, and showcasing incredible remodeling projects.

This position will begin as a part-time Independent Contractor (1099), giving both you and D&G the opportunity to determine if we're the right long-term fit for one another. As our company continues to grow, this role has a clear path to transition into a full-time employee position with expanded responsibilities and benefits.

This is an in-person position. You'll spend your time at active job sites, in our office, and occasionally at company events capturing the people, projects, and stories that make D&G unique.

What You'll Do

You'll help tell the story behind every stage of our remodeling projects—from the initial consultation to the final reveal.

Responsibilities include:

Visit active remodeling projects to capture photo and video content
Film before-and-after transformations
Capture homeowner reactions and project highlights
Interview homeowners and team members
Film our designers, project managers, and construction crews
Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Edit high-quality short-form videos
Photograph completed projects for our website and portfolio
Design simple graphics using Canva
Write captions and schedule social media posts
Maintain a consistent content calendar across multiple D&G brands
Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and marketing assets
Stay current on social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas

Loves creating content & Residential Construction
Has an eye for photography and videography
Is comfortable talking with homeowners and team members on camera
Enjoys being out in the field rather than behind a desk
Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Brings fresh ideas and a positive attitude
Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Preferred Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:

CapCut
Adobe
Final Cut Pro
Canva

Bonus skills:

Photography
Drone videography (or willingness to learn)
Social media management
Construction or home improvement content

Position Details

Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099)
Approximately 24 hours per week (3 days per week, 8 hours per day)
Flexible scheduling based on project activity and content needs
Local travel between job sites throughout Northern Colorado is required
Opportunity to transition into a full-time employee position based on performance, company growth, and mutual fit

Compensation

$2,500–$3,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio, and demonstrated ability.

Success in this role is measured by the quality and consistency of the content you create—not simply the number of hours worked. We value creativity, initiative, and someone who is passionate about helping grow our brands.
