The Radiology Director will oversee a versatile Radiology & Imaging Services department, also referred to as an Imaging Department or Diagnostic Imaging Unit, supporting a broad range of patient needs. The hospital has approximately 25 inpatient beds, including a combination of medical-surgical beds, emergency care capacity, and observation units for short-term stays, The facility offers a range of essential services, including a 24/7 emergency department, diagnostic imaging (such as X-ray and basic CT services), laboratory services, and outpatient care. This environment allows the Director of Medical Imaging to lead a highly impactful department where efficiency, quality, and patient-centered imaging services are essential to overall hospital operations.

Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Radiology Director will guide a dedicated team of imaging technologists, nurses, and support staff while collaborating closely with physicians and administrative leaders. The Head of Radiology Department will be responsible for operational oversight, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and strategic planning, all while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. With strong interdisciplinary collaboration and accessible leadership support, the Radiology Director will be empowered to mentor staff, optimize workflows, and drive departmental success within a friendly and diverse healthcare team.
