About the Opportunity

The U.S. is facing a severe labor shortage in commercial cleaning and facilities services. Turnover rates in this sector exceed 200% annually, and businesses across a wide range of industries are struggling to maintain consistent, cost-effective cleaning operations — including:

CoreFacility LLC is the authorized U.S. distributor of PUDU Robotics commercial cleaning solutions — the

#1 commercial cleaning robot brand by global market share. PUDU's AI-powered autonomous cleaning robots deliver consistent, around-the-clock performance while dramatically reducing labor dependency.

A single unit can save a commercial client up to $100,000 per year in labor and operational costs — making this one of the most compelling ROI conversations in the facilities management space today.

Your Role

Generate and qualify commercial sales leads
Build and maintain client relationships throughout the sales process
All leads are protected under a signed agreement — you stay involved from first contact through deal close and commission payment
CoreFacility's technical team handles all product demonstrations and pilot deployments

Compensation Structure

Closed Sale: Earn $3,000 per unit during the promotional period (first 3 months from your first completed order), and $2,000 per unit thereafter.

Demo / Pilot Arranged: Earn $200 per unit during the promotional period (first 3 months from your contract start date), and $100 per unit thereafter — paid regardless of whether the demo results in a sale.

* Closed Sale: Promotional rate ($3,000/unit) applies for the first 3 months beginning from the date of your first completed order.

* Demo / Pilot: Promotional rate ($200/unit) applies for the first 3 months beginning from your contract start date.

Who We're Looking For

Self-motivated individuals with B2B or commercial sales experience
Strong local business networks (facilities managers, operations directors, purchasing departments)
Must operate as an independent contractor with an active LLC or business entity

Pay: $52,486.79 - $150,000.00 per year
