Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Data Processing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, updating, and maintaining data across company systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software systems.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Correct errors and resolve discrepancies by following established procedures.
Organize, scan, and electronically file business records and documents.
Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring data confidentiality.
Generate routine reports and assist with data audits as needed.
Respond to internal requests for information in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality standards.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience required; training provided.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with spreadsheets and database systems.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
