Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize office management software including QuickBooks and Google Suite for various administrative functions.
Provide customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
Maintain an organized front desk area that reflects a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Skills

Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is preferred.
Strong understanding of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Competent in using Google Suite applications for daily tasks.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all communications.
Ability to proofread documents effectively for clarity and accuracy.
