Executive Housekeeper | Lincoln Park, Chicago

A wonderful family in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to become an integral part of their home. This is a lively household with children, busy schedules, and plenty of activity. They are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys family life and takes pride in creating a home that feels organized, welcoming, and effortlessly cared for.

The right person is polished, professional, and confident in a private home. You have a warm personality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done without waiting to be asked. You understand that the best Executive Housekeepers work quietly behind the scenes, allowing the household to run smoothly while building trust with the family over time.

Responsibilities

Perform daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, linen care, and household organization to the highest standards.
Help maintain a smooth daily operation and communicate proactively regarding household needs, preferences, or maintenance concerns.
Work closely with the household team to ensure seamless coverage, consistent standards, and an orderly, guest-ready home.
Assist with household inventories, supply management, and routine provisioning as needed.

Qualifications

Polished, professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Naturally organized, proactive, and resourceful
Discreet, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service
Strong organizational skills, excellent standards, discretion, and a service-minded approach.
Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a household team.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, generally 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed

Compensation

$45–$55 per hour, based on experience
Health stipend of $500/month, 15 days PTO, and 6 paid holidays
Parking provided
