Job Description:

Skills and Abilities:

The Java Developer (Front End-Angular JS) would need to have at least 4 years of experience and must have 2+ years of hands-on experience with:
1) Object Oriented Analysis and Design, and Object Oriented Programming.
2) J2EE/ Java/ JSP/ AJAX Application Development, HTML5, CSS, jQuery and AngularJS.
3) Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
4) Knowledge of computer development software, such as SQL, Java, J2EE, etc.
5) Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
6) Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
7) Experience building database driven web applications.
8) Must also be able to demonstrate competence with UML (Use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams) along with having working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycle approaches
9) Must have experience and an understanding of how to implement applications using Model View and Controller (MVC) utilizing the Struts framework and must have a working knowledge of the Hibernate technology for persistence management.s

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or in Engineering Sciences
This position requires the successful completion of a background investigation and/or drug screen.
