Full Job Description

Job Summary

APS Innovation Michigan, Inc. provides engineering and field support services in the secondary battery production equipment industry, with a primary focus on laser equipment. The company currently supports five U.S. sites where business travelers from the Korean headquarters and locally hired employees work together. We are looking for a professional who can support smooth field operations, coordinate communication between headquarters and site teams, and support administrative, general affairs, and employee support operations for smooth field execution.

Responsibilities
Business Traveler & Site Operations Support

Manage assignment status, schedules, and operational updates for business travelers and local employees across five sites.
Coordinate flights, hotels, rental cars, transportation, arrivals, and departures.
Manage dormitories, guest houses, hotels, housing assignments, contracts, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy status.
Support utility setup, internet access, living arrangements, and issue resolution during stays.
Support communication with customers and internal departments, including Korean-English interpretation when applicable.

Corporate Administration & Expense Settlement

Manage corporate registration documents, business records, meeting minutes, and operational documentation.
Track key contracts, renewal schedules, and supporting documents.
Review fixed and variable costs, organize invoices and receipts, and support expense settlement.
Reconcile corporate card transactions with receipts, classify expenses, and prepare settlement materials.

General Affairs & Asset Management

Support contracts, usage, maintenance, and cost review for the Michigan corporate office and Ohio office.
Manage corporate insurance including health, workers’ compensation, auto, building, and housing insurance.
Manage vehicle purchase, lease, rental, assignment, registration, insurance, inspection, and repair schedules.
Track IT equipment, office furniture, rental items, and other company assets and supplies.
Coordinate cleaning, facility, security, pest control, lawn care, and other maintenance vendors.
Support physical asset checks, asset tagging, and asset register updates.
Support other administrative and general affairs projects required for corporate operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Ability to communicate in English for work-related matters
Korean-English bilingual ability preferred; English-only candidates may also apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks systematically and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to review and organize documents and cost-related materials accurately
Strong communication skills for employees and external vendors
U.S. driver’s license preferred
Ability to commute to or relocate to Lansing, Michigan before start date
Ability to start within approximately one month after interview
Ability to support customer sites and field operations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Administrative or general affairs experience in a Korean-owned company or manufacturing/engineering environment
Practical experience with business travel, housing, vehicles, insurance, or expense settlement
Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based personnel
