Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance

team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with a variety of clerical and

administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

● Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

● Process and record invoices, payments, and transactions

● Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

● Assist with payroll processing

● Keep track of taxes

● Maintain and organize financial records and documentation

● Prepare basic financial reports as needed

● Support month-end and year-end close processes

● Respond to vendor and client billing inquiries

● Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

● Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

● 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

● Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

● Strong Microsoft Excel skills

● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

● Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information

● Strong communication and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
