Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain smooth office operations, manage multi-line phone systems, and support administrative functions with efficiency and enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer and manage multiple phone lines using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreadin
Schedule appointments, Send Medications to pharmacy ,give patient orders Xrays,Cts Mris,Echos & Reffreals etc
Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, Scanning and supporting customer service efforts to ensure seamless operations

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills. Have worked before with (ECLINICAL WORKS)
Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and visitors effectively
Familiarity with computer literacy including ECLINICAL WORKS .
Experience in customer service or customer support roles that highlight communication skills and professionalism
Knowledge of office management practices such as filing systems, data entry, calendar management,
Clerical experience in medical or dental reception is a plus for understanding specialized environments
