Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of month end close, compliance with regulations, and the overall financial health of the organization. The Senior Accounting Manager will collaborate with various departments to support strategic financial decisions.

Duties

Oversee the general ledger accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development within the team.
Ensure timely reporting of financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
Implement and maintain accounting software systems to enhance efficiency.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills

CPA required
Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
Solid understanding of general ledger accounting processes.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational goals.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
