Full Job Description

Title: KTLF Radio Ministry Office Administrative Asst

Part to Full-time, 30-40 hours per week

Responsible to: General Manager

Responsible For: Assisting with daily ministry and administrative responsibilities. The KTLF Radio Network is a non-profit Christian radio ministry. Our ministry mission is to establish, encourage and equip believers in their daily walk with Jesus Christ.

Performance review: Annually

Hours: M-F 9-4 On-site position

Job Qualifications:

1. Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside the KTLF ministry.

2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel

3. Salesforce or similar CRM advanced user experience.

4. Ministry and customer service focused.

Other position requirements: Extra-hours support may be required during fundraising drives.

Responsibilities

Public Relations

1. First to answer the telephones and greet visitors

2. Assist callers with questions regarding the station

3. Maintain reception and office areas for visitors

Administration

1. Responsible for office supplies

2. Responsible for coordination with building management for maintenance and security

3. Support General Manager with administrative needs

Social Media / Website

1. Daily or periodic Facebook posts for KTLF

2. Post prayer requests to the KTLF prayer wall on the website with possible follow-up

3. Post events to the community calendar on the website

Fundraising

1. Process/input daily donations into Salesforce

2. Prepare the daily deposit and take the deposit to the bank

3. Prepare mailing list for the print mailings for the printer

4. Recruit/schedule phone volunteers for the fundraisers

5. Oversee volunteers during the fundraisers

6. Secure / coordinate food donations for the fundraisers, arrange for pick-up/delivery

7. Purchase food for fundraisers

8. Set-up volunteer area for fundraisers

9. Assist where needed for the fundraisers

10. Coordinate Day Sponsors with PD

11. Assist with coordinating other events

12. Coordinate with partner ministries for donated items, ie. OCC

13. Assist with following up with donors

14. Coordinate prayer team activities
