What You'll Do
As a Mechanic Assistant, you'll play a key role supporting our daily operations and field teams by helping keep equipment, vehicles, facilities, and job sites operating efficiently and safely.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist mechanics and technicians with tools, materials, and repair support
- Perform landscaping and property maintenance including mowing, trimming, and cleanup
- Wash, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Keep work areas, storage yards, warehouses, and job sites organized
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Support inventory organization and material handling activities
- Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, or maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment

✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

✔ Basic experience using hand tools and power tools
✔ Construction, landscaping, maintenance, warehouse, or labor experience (preferred but not required)
✔ Valid Driver's License preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding environments.
- Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment.
