Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Secretary to join our dynamic team at our new Peru Mall location (located in the old Justice storefront). In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage essential administrative tasks, and support office operations with efficiency and professionalism. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, directing calls to appropriate personnel
Assist with scheduling customer appointments and crew members to various job sites
Handle customer communications, including writing thank you cards
Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
Maintain filing systems, update records, and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible
Have basic knowledge of computers, word processing, and other technology
Assist with proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and performing word processing tasks with attention to detail

Experience

Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in customer support or client communication enhances your suitability for this role
Proven time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
