Full Job Description

Howard Industries, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will provide important administrative support, such as:

Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation
Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports
Other responsibilities will include filing, scheduling of meetings, distribution of incoming calls and correspondence, assistance in hosting customer visits, and other general secretarial duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree , or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in an administrative field
Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

Self-motivated individual with proven ability to handle multiple tasks
