Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, where your passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest service will shine! In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment during the night shift, ensuring that every guest feels valued and attended to. You will manage front desk operations while performing night audit responsibilities, contributing to a seamless experience for all visitors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making connections with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll do

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently while providing excellent phone etiquette.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay.
Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and special requests to enhance guest services.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained for guests.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Basic qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management.
Experience in hotel management or related fields is preferred.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Previous experience in night audit roles or similar positions within the hospitality industry is a plus.
Familiarity with resort operations and guest services enhances your candidacy.
