Full Job Description

Job Summary-Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Pay: $25–$32/hour, based on experience. Apply now!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Press Brake Operator with proven experience in a job shop environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting up and operating a 175-ton, 12-foot Accupress press brake on ETS 3000 systems, with the ability to independently select dies and prepare jobs from detailed prints. Cross-training on other shop equipment such as saws, beam lines, and laser cutters is expected. Forklift operation experience is required to support material handling and logistics. This role offers competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Operate and set up a 175-ton, 12-foot Accupress press brake independently, ensuring precise bending according to specifications.
Select appropriate dies and prepare jobs from detailed prints with minimal supervision.
Assist with operation of Mazak fiber laser cutters, saws, beam lines, and other fabrication machinery as needed.
Support cross-training efforts on various shop equipment to enhance team versatility.
Utilize forklift equipment for material movement and inventory management.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment while demonstrating strong independent work ethic.

Qualifications:
Proven experience operating press brakes in a job shop setting with the ability to independently set up and run machines.
Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and die selection.
Experience with Mazak fiber laser operation preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to assist with multiple shop machines including saws and beam lines.
Forklift certification or experience required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance, transportation, and a strong work ethic focused on safety and quality.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
