Full Job Description

LOCATION: Corporate Office + Local Utah Branches

DETAILS: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | In Office + Field Travel | M–F with regular travel to Utah branches along the Wasatch Front

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Utah Field Marketing Coordinator, you'll oversee and fulfill marketing needs for the Utah retail team, ensuring branches along the Wasatch Front have the tools, materials, and support required to serve their markets. You'll also support builder marketing initiatives and partner closely with the Senior Director of Retail Marketing and the Retail Marketing Manager to build and implement systems and processes that strengthen the retail channel. This is a role for someone who splits time between visiting Utah branches in person and collaborating with the marketing team at the corporate office, bringing both a field perspective and strong execution skills to everything they do.

DAY-TO-DAY, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

Oversee and manage marketing fulfillment for the Utah retail team, ensuring branches have the materials, assets, and support needed to execute local marketing
Serve as the primary point of contact for Utah retail marketing requests, prioritizing and completing them accurately and on time
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials for Utah branches
Ensure all fulfilled materials meet brand standards and compliance requirements
Support builder marketing initiatives and partnerships across the Utah market, assisting in the development and execution of related materials and campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams and builder partners to ensure marketing needs are met and deadlines are hit
Partner with the Senior Director of Retail Marketing and the Retail Marketing Manager to design, implement, and refine systems and processes that support the retail marketing channel
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current retail marketing workflows and recommend solutions, helping standardize processes across Utah branches
Maintain organized documentation and tracking for retail marketing requests and projects
Regularly visit Utah branches along the Wasatch Front to build relationships, understand local needs, and provide hands-on marketing support
Gather feedback from branch teams and loan officers to inform marketing strategy and fulfillment priorities
Act as a liaison between Utah branches and the corporate marketing team, ensuring field needs are understood and addressed
Work alongside and support the Corporate Marketing Coordinator on all Utah events, ensuring events are properly entered and managed within the company's event system
Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and marketing needs for Utah branches in partnership with the Corporate Marketing Coordinator
Work closely with the marketing team at the corporate office to align Utah retail marketing efforts with broader brand and business goals, participating in team planning and projects as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in field marketing, retail marketing, or marketing coordination, ideally within mortgage, financial services, or a related industry
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to branches along the Wasatch Front
Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Asana
Excellent communicator with a positive attitude and comfort working directly with branch and sales teams
Self-starter who is comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively with a corporate marketing team
A collaborative, get-it-done attitude and a natural instinct to protect and elevate brand standards, not just execute against them
Thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment and enjoys being part of a high-energy team
