Full Job Description

Job Overview
Kruwis Management is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Office Administrator to join our HQ Office! If you enjoy staying organized, helping others, solving problems, and having something different to work on each day, this could be the perfect role for you.

You'll help support our restaurant brands—Jersey Mike's, Wingstop, and The Smoked Taco—by keeping our office running smoothly, coordinating inventory and equipment, ordering supplies, and assisting with a variety of exciting projects. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in business operations while working alongside an awesome team with plenty of room to grow.

What You'll Do

Keep our office organized and running efficiently.
Manage inventory for restaurant equipment, office supplies, uniforms, and other operational items.
Order supplies and equipment while tracking inventory and purchases.
Coordinate equipment requests from our restaurant leadership teams.
Communicate with vendors and restaurant managers to ensure orders arrive on time.
Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
Support new restaurant openings with equipment and supply coordination.
Help organize meetings, calendars, and company documents.
Restock the employee break room and office supplies.
Assist with company projects, events, and new initiatives.
Jump in wherever needed to help support our growing team.

What We're Looking For

Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
Administrative or inventory experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
