About the Opportunity

We're seeking driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused Independent Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team.

This is more than a sales position—it's an opportunity to build your own book of business while partnering with an established roofing company that provides the systems, support, and resources needed to help you succeed.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, generate your own leads, and maximize your earning potential while working alongside an experienced team that handles permitting, project management, and production.

What You'll Do

Generate residential and commercial roofing leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated marketing.
Perform roof inspections and identify storm or insurance-related damage.
Educate homeowners on roofing systems and replacement options.
Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable.
Prepare and present roofing proposals.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Roofing sales experience is required.
Experience working with insurance restoration and storm damage claims is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
Ability to climb ladders and safely inspect roofs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Active LLC and EIN preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.

Compensation
