About the Role
Join our growing Wilmington production team and help assemble the custom enclosures, components, and hardware systems that support innovation around the world.
As a Production Assembly Team Member, you will work hands-on with parts, tools, and finished products throughout the production process. Depending on the needs of the team, your work may include assembly, product testing, packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory support.
This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training provided. Success in this role comes from being reliable, following instructions carefully, maintaining high quality standards, and working well with others in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and finish custom enclosures, parts, and components according to customer specifications.
- Test completed products to confirm quality, performance, and reliability before delivery.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic product or assembly issues.
- Package completed products carefully to ensure they arrive safely and meet our presentation standards.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure orders are packed and shipped according to company procedures.
- Receive incoming materials and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow work instructions, technical documentation, and established production processes.
- Work closely with teammates to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in hands-on training and ongoing skill development.
- Support different production activities as priorities and customer requirements change.
What You Need — Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, shipping, receiving, or a related environment is helpful, but not required.
- Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documentation.
- Comfort learning new tools, equipment, and assembly processes.
- Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Certifications / Licences
Other Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Wilmington, North Carolina.
- Must be available to work one of the advertised shifts.
- Ability to safely perform hands-on production and assembly work throughout the shift.
What Would Be Considered an Asset
- Experience assembling computer hardware or electronic components.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
- Experience testing or troubleshooting assembled products.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Ability to read drawings, diagrams, or technical work instructions.
- Interest in developing broader manufacturing, technical, or leadership skills over time.
