Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Multidisciplinary Team and Data Specialist to support coordination of child abuse investigations across 17 counties. This role involves administrative support for case review meetings, managing data entry related to case updates, and communicating with various community partners. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator to ensure efficient information sharing and data entry, contributing to our multidisciplinary team model.

Duties

Build case review agendas throughout 17 county service region.
Document case review meeting data throughout 17 county service region.
Assist MDT Coordinator in communication with MDT partners to acquire updates as needed for case review.
Collaborate with CACBG advocates, MEP Coordinator, and MDT Coordinator to ensure seamless internal and external communications regarding management of cases.
Provide tracking of cases and relevant statistical data at regular intervals.
Distribute video recordings of forensic interviews to investigators.
Assist the Executive Director with records requests by fulfilling approved request and tracking all responses.
Assist with completion of data entry regarding direct client services.
Assist with weekly communication with law enforcement and DCBS partners across 17 county service region to assist with timely referrals of cases that meet acceptance criteria for MDT/CAC services as defined by MEP criteria and MDT Protocol.
Provide coverage for intake coordination and MEP case screening as required.
May supervise interns/volunteers as assigned.
Various other duties and special projects as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

Prior experience in data management, case coordination, or administrative support within child welfare, social services, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with MDT/CAC model preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external team members and community partners.
Familiarity with confidentiality protocols and record distribution policies is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic investigation needs.
Must be team oriented, flexible and self-motivated.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 12 hours of ongoing training per year

Pay: $49,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
