The Surefire Group is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Escrow Manager to be a key part of that momentum. Compensation:

$100,000+ On Target Earnings

Responsibilities:

Lead the escrow team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly.
Foster strong relationships with agents and clients, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business.
Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, sharing insights with the team to enhance our service.
Implement and refine processes to improve workflow and reduce errors, contributing to the team's overall success.
Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers within the company.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing escrow operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, fostering repeat business.
Proven track record of overseeing the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong coordination skills to effectively resolve issues with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties during the closing process.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, with a commitment to sharing insights with the team.
Demonstrated ability to implement and refine processes to improve workflow and reduce errors.
Experience in training and mentoring team members, supporting their skill development and career advancement within the company.
