Full Job Description

Position Overview:

Enhance Image Med Spa & Float Therapy is seeking a friendly, polished, organized, and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our client experience and daily front desk operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys sales and customer service, and knows how to keep things moving without needing constant direction. You will be the first and last impression our clients receive and an important part of keeping the spa running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes action, can prioritize multiple responsibilities, and remains professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist clients with an enthusiastic and professional demeanor
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and rebooking
Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person inquiries accurately and courteously
Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into booked appointments
Educate clients about spa services, memberships, promotions, and products
Process payments and manage front desk transactions
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional front desk operation
Coordinate with service providers to ensure seamless client flow and excellent customer service
Assist with email and text campaigns, spa promotions, and special events
Handle basic administrative tasks and inventory support
Address client questions or concerns professionally and help resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Escort clients to treatment areas as needed and assist with room turnover and preparation
Assist with room turnover, linens, and laundry as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common area
Support management with additional operational tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

● Friendly, confident, professional, and dependable

● Sales-minded and comfortable recommending services and memberships

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail

● A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it

● Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

● Comfortable with computers and scheduling software

● A strong communicator and team player

1+ year of front desk, hospitality, customer service, or similar experience preferred. Previous supervisory, lead, spa, or sales experience is a strong plus.

Position Details:

Part-time | Approximately 32 hours/week

Starting at $18+/hour, based on experience

Daytime shifts | Saturday availability required | In-person
