Job Description: Are you ready to build a better career as a Project Manager with Grand Rising Exteriors? With the recent storms, we are looking to bring on 4 representatives to help keep up with demand! As a dedicated Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, engaging with potential customers in residential areas to spread the word about our unbeatable services. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and assist your homeowners throughout the duration of their project.

**Responsibilities:**

- Educate customers about Grand Rising Exteriors' products and services.

- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions and estimates.

- Assist customers with any insurance claims and explain the scope of work.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners in designated neighborhoods.

- Build a pipeline of customers through networking, and quality customer service.

- Manage personal portfolio of clients and maintain consistent communication.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with customers as necessary.

**Requirements:**

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

- Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus but not required.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Must be able to climb ladders and scale to new heights!

**In Person Training, Experience Not Necessary, Start Making Money ASAP**

Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
