TalentFish is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Enterprise Data Archiving to lead a large-scale enterprise archiving program within a complex healthcare environment.
The Program Manager will provide program-level leadership across clinical and corporate data domains, overseeing multiple archiving initiatives, legacy-system decommissioning, data migration, integrations, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for managing the Data Archiving for a ERP implementation working with MSP, Vendors, Technology and the business to ensure all parties are working in tandem - at the Program Level.
The ideal candidate is a strong program/project leader with healthcare experience who can operate strategically while maintaining enough technical and business understanding to coordinate complex data and archiving initiatives. Experience across multiple business domains—including clinical, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Security, and enterprise applications—is highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Lead the enterprise archiving program across clinical and corporate business domains.
- Manage multiple concurrent archiving, data migration, integration, and legacy-system decommissioning initiatives.
- Translate enterprise archiving strategy into executable programs, projects, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams, technical resources, vendors, and outsourced data-conversion partners.
- Oversee project lifecycle activities including requirements, planning, migration, testing, validation, implementation, decommissioning, and closeout.
- Establish repeatable processes, governance, and standards that can be applied across archiving initiatives.
- Partner with technical and business teams to ensure data integrations and migrations align with enterprise objectives.
- Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
- Work across a broad range of business applications and data domains, potentially including clinical systems, Workday, Lawson, Blackboard, SIS/LMS, and other enterprise platforms.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with the overall enterprise archiving strategy and established processes.
- Coordinate vendors and outsourced resources while ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and deliverables.
- Support transition and succession planning as the enterprise archiving program continues to mature.
- Build strong relationships with technical, clinical, corporate, and executive stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience, preferably within healthcare or complex enterprise IT environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise data archiving, legacy-system decommissioning, data migration, or related programs.

- Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, application lifecycle management, and legacy-system decommissioning.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and multiple business domains.
- Proven ability to coordinate internal teams, technical resources, vendors, and outsourced partners.
- Strong project governance, planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to establish and consistently apply repeatable processes across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and bring structure to a complex and evolving program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Experience
- Experience with Workday, Lawson, Blackboard, SIS/LMS, or other enterprise applications.
- Enterprise archiving platforms such as NOGALIS, MediQuant,, Triyam, Trinisys, or Galen.
- Healthcare data, EHR, clinical, or hospital-system experience.
- Experience with data integration and data conversion programs.
- Legacy application decommissioning and retirement programs.
- Vendor and outsourced data-conversion management.
- PMP or other recognized project/program management certification.
- Experience transitioning programs from consulting/contract leadership to permanent internal teams.
