As tax professionals, we ensure that all of our client’s financial decisions are made carefully and with their best interests in mind. We are ready and able to serve our community as a financial advisor, tax planner, and bookkeeper to guide down our clients along their path to financial success.

Position Overview

Bookkeeping By Blanche is looking for a Bookkeeper for our Hollywood, MD office to support our growing client list.

As a Bookkeeper you will work in a team environment providing Bookkeeping services to our clients year round.

Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

Bank reconciliation and account balancing
Strong understanding of debits, credit and financial statements
Job costing and expense tracking
Payroll processing and compliance
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Ideal Candidate:

Ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision
Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop
High attention to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
