We are looking for a energetic partner to run our kitchen, lead our team, and help us scale. If you are looking for a predictable 9-to-5 job in a fancy kitchen, this isn't it. The Role

As our Head Chef, you will work hand-in-hand with the business owners. You will be a key voice in our growth strategy and day-to-day decision-making.

Your main mission is to honor and master our existing recipes and concept, ensuring flawless execution and food quality every time the doors open. Once you've got the foundation dialed in, you’ll have the creative freedom to collaborate with us on specials, menu tweaks, and future culinary directions.

What You’ll Do

Lead the tema - Run day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
Manage the business of food - own the inventory, manage food costs, handle ordering, and keep waste to an absolute minimum.
Build the crew - Train, mentor, and motivate a small, tight-knit kitchen team to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
Stay adaptable - Problem-solve on the fly. When a delivery is late or a machine acts up, you find a solution without breaking a sweat.
Keep it spotless: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and handling regulations.

Preferred Experience

Serious experience with cooking preferrably with Italian cuisine. If you have a background in dough, baking, or pizza making, that's a huge plus.
Proven experience running a kitchen and managing shifts. You know how to command respect while keeping morale high.
You understand how a kitchen impacts the bottom line (cost controls, inventory systems, and yield management).
You are flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and love the process of figuring things out as we go.
Food handling certification/ServSafe manager certification is required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
