Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized PART TIME Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance team productivity, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Duties

Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events to optimize team efficiency.
Support office management activities including supply inventory, order processing, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment.

Qualifications

Preferred clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities preferred.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management practices.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer support or medical receptionist roles is a plus.
