Duties and Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, feeds, and machining processes for each job.
Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary program or machine adjustments.
Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
Monitor tool wear and replace or adjust tooling as needed.
Maintain accurate production, inspection, and job documentation.
Work closely with engineering, quality, and production team members to improve machining processes.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
