Join Superior Fence & Rail as a Full-Time 1099 Crew Installer!

Are you an experienced fence installer with expertise in chain link, wood, PVC, vinyl, aluminum, automatic, and ornamental fences? Superior Fence & Rail, a leader in the industry, is looking for full-time 1099 Crew Installers who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and pay attention to detail. If this sounds like you, we'd love to have you on board!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Fence Installation: Perform all aspects of fence installation across various materials and styles, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and durability.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean all tools and equipment used during installations to keep them in peak working condition.
Commitment to Safety: Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being professional, responsive, and attentive to customer needs during installations.

What We’re Looking For:

Construction Experience: 1-2 years of experience in fencing, framing, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to complete projects accurately, with close attention to detail.
Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrates reliability, organization, and time management.
Positive Attitude: Engages well with clients and team members, providing a friendly and professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in fencing installation or related trades.
