About us

Los Gatos Comprehensive Women's Care is a small business in Los Gatos, CA. We are customer-centric, rewarding, engaging and our goal is to provide the finest OBGYN medical care for women of all ages. We provide a range of services, including gynecological care, obstetrical care, comprehensive fertility evaluation and treatment, and onsite IV infusion. We are looking for a compassionate, organized and efficient person to join our team as our front desk coordinator. This crucial team member is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction between the facility and customers, meeting specific administrative needs of our patients, and providing the full range of administrative support to the medical providers. This position requires efficiency, excellent time management skills, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with our patients to guarantee their satisfaction. As the front desk coordinator, you are responsible for courteously greeting all patients. Some tasks include: Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing calls. Filing charts and documents as needed, checking patients in and out of the office, triaging patient calls and messages, collecting patient copays and money owed. We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the staff. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Provide customer service support to visitors and clients.
Maintain accurate records of visitors and guests
