Full Job Description

Home Trends & Design (HTD) is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help elevate the visual identity of a growing, design-driven furniture brand. This role spans digital, print, social, email, web, trade-show, sales, and marketing materials — ensuring everything HTD produces feels cohesive, sophisticated, and professionally designed. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in graphic design and typography, excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and a strong eye for luxury, editorial, and interior-design aesthetics.

Brand & Graphic Design

Maintain a consistent HTD visual identity across all marketing channels.
Design catalogs, brochures, sales materials, presentations, ads, signage, and trade-show graphics.
Create lookbooks and product presentations for customers and sales teams.
Apply strong typography, hierarchy, grids, and composition to all layouts; prepare production-ready artwork.

Sales Support

Partner with sales to create presentations, product sheets, and client-facing materials on request, upholding HTD's high-end aesthetic and brand standards.

Digital & Web

Design creative concepts and layouts for the HTD website, landing pages, and banners.

Email & Social Media

Design email campaigns, eblasts, and templates.
Create posts, stories, reel covers, ads, and campaign assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, adapting concepts across formats while keeping a cohesive identity.

Photography & Video — Plus

Shoot simple social-first video/photo content; basic lighting, composition, and editing a bonus. Premiere Pro / After Effects familiarity a plus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of typography and typeface selection.
Excellent command of layout, composition, grids, spacing, hierarchy, and visual communication.
Experience creating professional print and digital marketing materials.
Experience designing email marketing campaigns and digital graphics.
Experience designing social media content.
Strong grasp of current design trends and digital standards; exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms; strong organizational skills managing multiple projects and deadlines.
A professional portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in furniture, interiors, architecture, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Experience creating high-end catalogs, lookbooks, or editorial publications.
Experience with web design and UI/UX concepts.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects; photography or video production experience.
Understanding of social-media advertising and digital marketing; experience with e-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of luxury and premium brand aesthetics.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field required. Portfolio: A professional portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, typography, layout, branding, digital, and print work is required

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
