Position Summary

Aylo Health is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented RPM Device Logistics Coordinator to support our growing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. This home-based position is responsible for managing the lifecycle of RPM devices, including receiving returned equipment, inspecting and sanitizing devices, maintaining inventory, and preparing equipment for redeployment to patients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory, and can work independently while ensuring devices are processed efficiently and ready for shipment. The position is Remote but also requires periodic travel to Jackson, Georgia to retrieve RPM devices and inventory from Aylo Health's designated location.

All equipment, shipping materials, cleaning supplies, and other required business supplies will be provided by Aylo Health. The selected candidate must have a secure, organized, climate-controlled space within their home to safely store inventory and prepare devices for shipment.

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Jackson, GA

Work Schedule: Part time varied hours Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities

Receive returned RPM devices from patients and shipping carriers.
Retrieve RPM devices, supplies, and inventory from the Jackson, Georgia office as needed.
Inspect devices for damage, completeness, and functionality.
Clean and sanitize devices in accordance with established procedures.
Charge, test, label, package, and prepare devices for redeployment.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial numbers, device status, and shipment history.
Organize inventory to ensure devices are readily available for patient deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory availability and shipping needs.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments using approved shipping methods.
Track incoming returns and reconcile inventory accordingly.
Identify damaged, defective, or missing equipment and coordinate replacement or repair as needed.
Perform routine inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure home workspace for inventory storage.
Assist with process improvements and other operational projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, medical equipment handling, or a related operational role.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and documentation.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace suitable for securely storing medical devices and shipping supplies.
Reside within the Middle Georgia area.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel to Jackson, Georgia on a regular basis to retrieve inventory and supplies.
Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Ability to pass a background check and maintain the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling medical devices or healthcare equipment.
Experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems.
Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping processes.
Experience in quality assurance, equipment refurbishment, or fulfillment operations.

Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, package, unpack, and organize equipment throughout the workday.
Ability to safely handle and organize inventory within a home-based workspace.
