COMPENSATION
Base Pay $24 - $35 per hour (non-billable hours)
Commission
Up to 10% on revenue sold with our sliding-scale commission structure
Performance Bonuses
Additional KPI-based bonuses with the opportunity to earn hundreds of dollars more each month

HVAC experience is NOT required. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Meet with homeowners regarding replacement and upgrade options
✔ Evaluate comfort concerns and homeowner goals
✔ Present multiple options and recommendations
✔ Educate customers on comfort, efficiency, airflow, and system performance
✔ Follow company sales systems and processes
✔ Maintain communication throughout the customer journey
✔ Track performance metrics and activities
✔ Contribute ideas that help improve and grow the Comfort Advisor department
