Full Job Description

TownePlace Suites Logan is looking for a friendly and dependable full-time Front Desk and Office Manager to join our team in Logan, UT! If you enjoy helping people, leading a team, and making guests feel at home, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: As our Front Desk and Office Manager, you'll earn competitive pay starting at $16+ per hour, depending on your experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior hotel hospitality experience
Supervisory experience

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A FRONT DESK AND OFFICE MANAGER

This is a full-time management position with a consistent schedule of 3 PM – 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays.

In this role, you'll lead our front desk team and make sure everything runs smoothly for our guests. From check-ins and check-outs to handling questions and concerns, you'll be the go-to person for both guests and staff. Behind the scenes, you'll work closely with the Assistant and General Manager to meet hotel goals and keep operations on track. Whether you're helping a guest feel at home or supporting your team, your leadership and attention to detail will make a big impact every day.
