What You’ll Do (Typical Day)
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations on assigned properties
- Set the pace, quality standards, and production expectations for your 2–3 person crew
- Train, coach, and develop crew members to do high-quality work with consistency
- Ensure all tasks follow SOPs and industry best practices
- Manage time, materials, and resources to stay on schedule and on budget
- Communicate clearly with clients and leadership using company software
- Maintain safe, clean, organized worksites at all times
- Troubleshoot irrigation issues, identify plant health needs, and guide proper horticulture practices
- Solve problems proactively and make decisions that lead to raving fan results
- Help shape team culture and play a direct role in building future leaders

Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience
- 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, crew management, and job planning skills
- Ability to operate and maintain commercial landscape equipmen
- Tech-friendly (communication apps, routing apps, basic email/SMS)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs, work outdoors in all weather
- Valid Utah driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.; drug-free and reliable attendance
Compensation & Benefits
$24–$26 per hour DOE
Plus:
