Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable, managing invoices, and supporting our accounting team with reporting and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in clean books and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Duties

Record and classify daily financial transactions accurately across ledgers
Process accounts payable and match purchase orders with invoices
Manage accounts receivable and process incoming checks
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
Support preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company financial policies
Analyze account data and generate financial reports as needed
Research and correct inventory pricing variances
Assist with collections processes for past due accounts
Maintain thorough documentation of bookkeeping processes
Oversee office supply inventory and collect and distribute daily mail

Qualifictation

Associate degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a financial or bookkeeping role
Strong proficiency with accounting software
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
