Salary Range: $498,175.00 to $626,127.00

Potential Premium Earnings: $87,072.00

Salary range includes incentives that are contingent upon skills, competencies, longevity, experience and geographic location.
The earnings included in the salary range are contingent upon requisite Board Certification.
Potential premium earnings may vary based on location.
Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.

Position Highlights:

Join a tertiary academic urology program in Los Angeles with a strong focus on complex care and innovation
Practice includes a significant proportion of tertiary/quaternary urologic oncology, cancer survivorship, and general urology for the local population
Robotic surgery access and advanced procedural capabilities
Collaborative team of 11 urologists across multiple subspecialties
Active involvement in residency and medical student teaching
Opportunities to engage in clinical trials and large clinical database research

Additional Information

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Fellowship-trained urologist (oncology preferred; open to related subspecialties)
Minimum 3–5 years of post-fellowship experience, ideally in an academic setting
Demonstrated interest in clinical research, teaching, and urologic innovation
Experience with clinical trials and large clinical databases strongly preferred
