About Us
We are a full-service restoration company serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Unlike companies that dry out a property and hand the reconstruction off to someone else, we handle the entire process under one roof — from emergency mitigation through reconstruction.
We are looking for a Restoration Operations Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and experienced in the restoration industry. This person will play a key role in keeping our office organized, supporting production, and making sure jobs continue moving from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day job administration in JobTread, including job setup, scheduling, documentation, and closeout
- Support the General Manager with production coordination and keeping jobs on track
- Assist with building, organizing, and supporting project estimates
- Support the CFO with administrative and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Maintain complete and accurate job files, photos, documents, and project records
- Track outstanding information and follow up to keep jobs progressing
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and team members
- Handle mail, filing, data entry, and general office operations
- Help maintain organized processes and documentation across the company
- Assist with other operational and administrative responsibilities as needed
What You Need
Restoration industry experience is required.
We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience or professional experience in the restoration industry, including water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and/or reconstruction.
You should also be:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
- Someone who tracks details and follows through without being chased
- Comfortable learning and working in multiple software platforms
- A clear and professional communicator, both by phone and in writing
- Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Able to maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines
- In possession of a valid Mississippi driver's license and clean driving record
Helpful, But Not Required
- Xactimate experience
- JobTread or similar restoration/job management software experience
- IICRC certification
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 employment
- On-site position in Gulfport, MS
- A small team where your work is visible and makes a difference
- The opportunity to work across the full restoration process
- A company that rebuilds what it dries out, giving you exposure to both mitigation and reconstruction
The Right Fit
This position is a good fit for someone who understands restoration, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in making sure the details don't fall through the cracks.
If you have restoration experience and are ready to take on a role where you can make a real impact on daily operations and job performance, we want to hear from you.
